Shopify Blog Supercharge: Increase Sales & Readership

Shopify Blog Supercharge: Increase Sales & Readership

After a lot of requests in our over 300 Shopify projects (and counting), we set out to increase the features of the Shopify Blog to help store owners sell more and increase readership.  None of these features have been available in a plugin before.

We’ve had many folks migrate over from other systems which had somewhat more robust features than Shopify’s blog, so our plugin brings new features never before seen on Shopify.

The Blog Supercharge plugin does 4 things:

  1. Recommend products based on a blog post to help increase your sales.
  2. Filter blog posts by certain topics to increase readership and encourage customers to read multiple blog posts, not just the one they landed on.
  3. A blog archive to show your posts ordered by month.
  4. Allow links in comments –  cross-link to products or pages, from blog comments or replies.  (This isn’t possible by default on Shopify’s blog.)
