I would definitely give them a 100% positive rating. I am virtually computer illiterate and they were extremely patient in dealing with my endless questions! I was definitely disorganized and have very little experience in site development and I often sent several questions at a time on a given evening and they always dealt with them in a courteous, informed and very timely manner. I would not have been able to get my store on line without their help and I am extremely satisfied with the end result!
