Working with Tristan and the Shopify Ninja team was an absolute pleasure. I'd only just rebuilt my site using Wordpress six months ago and that experience was an absolute nightmare, so to say I dreaded going through it all over again is a massive understatement. But Tristan made it not only easy, but enjoyable. To me, the key was the fantastic communication - I was kept up-to-date the whole way through, questions and requests were answered straight away, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It's such a refreshing change to get amazing service, and that's exactly what I got from Shopify Ninjas. I can't recommend them highly enough - I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
